After an introductory call to discuss your needs, we determine products, styles, and details, then dive into the production process. As the process is time-efficient, we usually deliver goods within 4-6 weeks.
Can I see a product before ordering?
Yes, definitely! We offer three different sampling options: we can send a sample box with previously developed product references, develop a 3D virtual prototype of your desired styles, or create an actual physical prototype for a better understanding of the workmanship and quality.
Can I order different sizes of products?
Yes, indeed! There is no minimum order quantity per size. We can produce all possible sizes, ranging from XS to 2XL. Simply inquire about the total order quantity and the desired size breakdown so we can offer the best deal for you.
How can I make products that are not listed in the catalog?
It’s as simple as abracadabra—just drop us an email with your design idea. With our extensive experience in the textile and fashion industry, we can make any type of product or design you request.
Can I have multiple customization options on one product?
It’s easy-peasy! We can add any type of logo or graphic print wherever you wish. The more creative, the better! Our design team provides examples or 3D product renders to achieve the best result.
Can you help me decide which items I should make for my team?
We would love to help you! In fact, we do this all the time. We always start with a mood board to assist the customer. Once requested, you will receive options curated by our design team to choose from. From there, we can take the next step and produce products from our catalog or your own created designs.
